Thank you for your interest in the Cheer One Galaxy All Star program. Our mission is to build athletes who excel in cheerleading and tumbling. Through patience, athletes will learn proper skill progression with hands on spotting. We take pride in teaching the value of teamwork and discipline through positive experiences. We are passionate about teaching the future of cheerleading. Our focus is on what we can leave, and not what we take. We offer novice, prep and elite level teams.

What is the difference between programs?

This program is for athletes ages 4-7 (born in 2016-2020) who are new to All Star, but ready for performance-based teams that are evaluated at events.
Novice teams focus on strengthening technique and performance skills that help prepare athletes for competitive All Star teams.

Prep teams are great for athletes with limited tumbling, who want to strengthen technique and performance skills in a competitive team atmosphere. Prep teams require less time and cost commitments than are required of All Star Elite teams.

Elite teams are for athletes with strong cheer training and solid technical ability. Elite teams are comprised of athletes who are ready for highly competitive performance levels.
We align with USASF’s age grid and this program is offered for athletes ages 6-18 years old.
