Tumbling Classes

  • Level 0 Tumble (45 Minutes) - For athletes ages 4 and up, this beginner tumble class focuses on technique/drills for forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round off’s and bridge/backbend kickovers. No prior skills or knowledge required for this class.

  • Level 1 tumble class focuses on technique/drills for front and back walkovers, walkover series, valdez, backward extension rolls, and backwalkover switch legs.

    *Class Pre-Requiste: handstands, cartwheels and bridge/backbend kickovers.

  • Intro to Level 2 Tumble (45 Minutes) - For athletes ages 5 and up, this intermediate tumble class focuses on technique/drills for front and back handsprings, round off back handsprings, and combination passes including Level 1 and Level 2 skills.

    *Class pre-requisite is front & back walkover series

  • Level 2 Tumble (45 Minutes) - For athletes ages 5 and up, this intermediate tumble class focuses on technique/drills for front and back handsprings, round off back handsprings, and combination passes including:

    • BWO - BHS STEP OUT - BWO

    • BWO SWITCH LEG - BHS

    • BHS STEP OUT - BWO - BHS

    • VALDEZ - BHS/BHS STEP OUT

    • BACK EXTENSION ROLL - BHS/BHS STEP OUT

    • SERIES FRONT HANDSPRINGS

    • BOUNDER/FLYSPRING

    • CW - BHS SERIES

    • RO - BHS SERIES

    • FWO - RO - BHS/BHS SERIES

    • CW - BHS STEP OUT - BWO - BHS/BHS SERIES

    *Class pre-requisite is BWO BHS and Round off BHS.

  • Intro to Level 3 Tumble (45 Minutes) - For athletes ages 8 and up, this advanced tumble class focuses on technique/drills for Level 3 level appropriate and advanced level appropriate. Skills that will be built in this class include:

    • BHS - BHS STEP OUT + VARIATIONS

    • ADVANCED JUMP - BHS STEP OUT

    • BHS SERIES - ADVANCED JUMP

    • BHS SERIES

    • BWO BHS SERIES

    • PUNCH FRONT

    • RO - BHS - TUCK

    • RO - TUCK

    • AERIAL

    *Class pre-requisites are LEVEL 2 TUMBLE

  • Our stunt conditioning class is a class that focuses on strength, flexibility, and balance, as well as conditioning. Stunts are an important part of cheer routines, requiring balance, coordination, and strength.

  • Level 3 Tumble (45 Minutes) - For athletes ages 8 and up, this advanced tumble class focuses on technique/drills for Level 3 elite level appropriate skills and passes. Skills that will be built in this class include:

    • BHS/BHS SERIES - ADVANCED JUMP - BHS/BHS SERIES

    • ADVANCED JUMP - BHS - ADVANCED JUMP - BHS

    • BHS STEP OUT - BHS SERIES

    • BWO - BHS - ADVANCED JUMP - BHS/BHS SERIES

    • BHS STEP OUT - BWO - BHS SERIES

    • FWO - AERIAL

    • FLYSPRING - AERIAL

    • ROUND OFF - BHS - TUCK

    • RO - BHS STEP OUT - 1/2 TURN - RO - TO - TUCK

    • FWO-RO - TO - TUCK

    • BOUNDER/ FLYSPRING - RO - TO - TUCK

    • FRONT HANDSPRING (FHS) - PUNCH FRONT

    Class Pre-Requisites: BWO BHS and a strong round off backhandspring

  • (45 minutes) - For athletes ages 5 and up, this cheer flexibility class focuses on flexibility, strength training, and drills for pulling body positions. We will also focus on improving jump technique with strength training, balance and plyometric exercises. This class is dual purpose and beneficial for all athletes- flyers, bases and tumblers alike. No prior skills or knowledge required for this class.

Based on skill progressions, class advancements may happen between classes. When choosing your classes to register for, refer to skill pre-requiste and current, unassisted skill level.
