Tumbling Classes

  • Perfect for new tumblers, Beginner Tumble is designed for athletes ages 4 - 8 and ages 8+ who are just starting their tumbling journey. This class focuses on building a strong foundation through proper technique and fun, skill-based drills.

    Athletes will work on forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, bridges, and backbend kickovers, all in a supportive and encouraging environment. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to learn and have fun!

    This class sets the stage for safe and successful tumbling progression while boosting confidence, strength, and coordination.

  • Our Walkovers class is the perfect next step for athletes ages 6+ who have mastered their basics and are ready to level up! We’ll take those awesome cartwheels, round-offs, and handstands and build on them with fun new skills like backbends, bridge kick-overs, and back walkovers!

    This class is full of confidence-boosting wins and “I DID IT!” moments. Just be sure to check the prerequisites below so your athlete can safely jump into all the tumbling fun!

    Prerequisites:
    Forward Roll, Backward Roll, Handstand, Cartwheel, Intro to Round-Off, Solid Bridge

    Shapes We’ll Master:
    Bridge with Straight Arms/Legs and Feet Together

    Skills We’re Learning:
    Back Bend, Handstand to Bridge, Bridge Kick-Over, Back-Walkover, Front Walkover, Valdez

  • Ready to take the next step in your tumbling journey? Intro to Handsprings is designed for athletes who have mastered core Level 1 skills, including front and back walkovers, and are ready to begin learning standing and running back handsprings.

    This class focuses on building the strength, technique, and body control needed to safely and successfully execute handsprings. Athletes will work through progressions, drills, and spotted repetitions to develop confidence and proper form.

    Pre-requisite: Must have completed Level 1 OR have a strong front and back walkovers and valdez with control and consistency.

    This is a great class for athletes looking to bridge the gap between Level 1 and Level 2 tumbling!

  • Our Level 2 Handsprings class is perfect for athletes ages 6+ who are ready to clean up, connect, and take their handsprings to the next level! Whether it’s sharpening technique, building power, or nailing connections, this class is all about confidence, control, and consistency.

    We’ll focus on back handspring series, bounders, and faster, stronger round-off handspring connections—helping your athlete level up with precision and style!

    Prerequisites:

    Must have completed Intro to Level 2 OR have a consistent standing back handspring and round-off back handspring independently. Athletes must demonstrate proper form to ensure safety and successful progression.

  • This powerhouse class is built for athletes ages 8+ who are ready to take their tumbling to the next level with front and back tucks, layouts, and advanced combos that turn heads! We’ll break down the technique, drill the details, and help your athlete build the strength, timing, and confidence they need to master powerful, clean skills.

    From round-off back handspring tucks to front tuck step-outs through to layouts—this class is where the magic happens!

    Prerequisites:
    Round-off back handspring series & standing back handspring series (clean & independent)

  • Flyer Flex is a specialized class designed for current and aspiring flyers who want to improve their flexibility, balance, and body control in the air. This class targets the key components of successful flying, including body positions (liberty, heel stretch, scale, scorpion, and needle), core strength, and stability.

    Athletes will work through focused stretching routines, strength drills, and technique corrections to improve their lines, control, and confidence while being lifted or held in stunts.

    Whether you're already flying on a team or preparing for a future flyer role, this class will help you become stronger, more flexible, and performance-ready.

  • Perfect for athletes ages 6 and up—whether they’re just starting out or already seasoned performers—this class builds the foundation for strong, sharp, and confident skills. Athletes will work on improving flexibility, mastering body positions, refining jump technique, and increasing overall strength.

    Flexibility training includes drills for splits, bridges, and back/shoulder mobility.


    Body Positions covered include heel stretch, scale, and arabesque—ideal for flyers or those working toward elite skills.


    Jumps will focus on proper form, explosive power, and pointed toes in toe touches, pikes, and hurdlers.

    Strength and conditioning exercises are woven throughout to help support muscle control, height, and technique.

  • Mommy & Me Tumbling (Ages 2–5)

    Join us for Mommy & Me Tumbling, a fun and interactive class designed for our youngest athletes (ages 2–5) and their grown-ups! This 30-minute class is the perfect introduction to movement, coordination, and early tumbling skills—all in a safe, supportive, and playful environment.

    With mom (or dad/caregiver) staying in class, your little one will feel confident and comfortable exploring new skills like rolling, jumping, balancing, and climbing, while also learning how to follow directions and participate in a structured setting. We'll use age-appropriate equipment, music, and games to keep things fun and engaging!

    This is a wonderful way to bond with your child while building strength, confidence, and social skills that set the stage for future cheer and tumbling success.

  • Tiny Tumble is the perfect next step for little ones ready to explore tumbling on their own! Designed for ages 3–5, this independent class helps young athletes build confidence, coordination, and basic tumbling skills in a fun and encouraging environment—without a parent in the class.

    Using age-appropriate equipment and creative movement-based activities, athletes will work on skills like forward rolls, jumping, balancing, and body awareness, all while learning to follow directions, take turns, and engage in group learning.

    Tiny Tumble is a great way to help your child grow physically, socially, and emotionally—laying a strong foundation for future cheer or tumbling classes!

  • Cheer 101 is the perfect 45-minute class for athletes ages 5 and up who are excited to learn what cheerleading is all about! This high-energy class introduces the fundamentals of cheer, including motions, jumps, basic stunting, beginning tumbling, and cheer dance.

    Athletes will build strength, coordination, and confidence while learning to work as a team in a positive, supportive environment. Each week focuses on fun drills and skill-building activities that help lay the foundation for future all-star or school cheer involvement.

    No experience is necessary!

  • Looking for a fun, active addition to your homeschool routine? Homeschool Tumble is the perfect daytime class for homeschool students ages 5 and up to build strength, flexibility, and coordination while learning the fundamentals of tumbling in a structured, supportive environment.

    Athletes will work on age- and skill-appropriate progressions, including rolls, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, and more, all while developing confidence and body control. Our certified coaches create a positive and engaging atmosphere that encourages physical activity, skill development, and social interaction with peers.

    Whether your athlete is brand new to tumbling or looking to sharpen existing skills, this class fits perfectly into any homeschool schedule!

Based on skill progressions, class advancements may happen between classes. When choosing your classes to register for, refer to skill pre-requiste and current, unassisted skill level.
